Six years ago, key players in the accounting/bookkeeping industry approached FileThis to ask if we would help with a workflow problem the industry faced—specifically, the need for clients to easily and automatically share their tax and financial documents with their accountants. We jumped in and are very happy with the assistance we’ve been able to provide and the relationships we’ve built along the way.
Today, however, there are multiple solutions available—including those offered by QuickBooks, Xero and Ledgersync—and as such, we feel that it’s time for us to exit this market and instead focus our resources on the core FileThis solutions. So as of November 15, 2020 we will be shutting down the FileThis Pro service.
We recommend that you notify your clients of the pending shutdown and work on a plan to migrate your clients to a different solution.
All data will be available until November 15, so you and your clients will have until then to download that data and transfer it to another product. You can click on the links below for some tips on how to transfer your data.

If you have an existing FileThis Pro paid subscription as of November 15, 2020, you will be automatically refunded the pro-rata amount of your subscription at that time.
